I don't have a pump anymore for many reasons, but one was that I couldn't find ways to wear it! I'm too flat for it to fit in my bra, many of my clothes don't involve belts or pockets (not that shallow women's pockets are all that helpful anyway) so it was difficult to wear. One solution that did help was sewing a pouch for it. I'd put the pump in a small cloth coin purse, which hung from fabric that snapped to the back of my bra and dangled down my back. Ok when walking around, but very uncomfortable when sitting back or driving because it dug into my ribs.
