But the old logs and My Info are missing from my iPhone..

Sorry, I missed this one. It sounds like an account name and/or password problem. Make sure that the account name and password is the same on your iPhone as it is on the website and your iPad. Then under "Settings", try the "Sync All Logs" on your iPhone.
